All Meuse Music Records's products on sale are strictly new.

CD: All CD products are sent unopened and sealed.

VINYL: The Vinyl products can be send opened to avoid seams splits, still in the shrink-wrap, media(s) removed from the cover/printed inner sleeve(s) and in 150µ PVC bag.
We decide whether it is necessary to open it or not, unless we receive specific shipping instructions from you.
We're always open to hear your requirement(s) about the shipment method of your order, get in touch!


All products from other labels, distros, etc., ... available for sale on our Discogs Shop are always graded and described with care,
don't hesitate to ask for pictures in case of doubt!


All products in our Discogs Collection are basically not for sale but spontaneous offers are always welcome.



Pre-Order:

CD: We usually don't propose pre-order on CD products because the production delays are quite short,
if a pre-order is available for a CD product, it's for a matter of release planning and the related product is already in stock.
The customer who pre-orders a CD product usually receive it on the release day or a bit before.

VINYL: We always launch our pre-orders when the test presses are validated to have a better estimation of the production delivery date.
Everything is done to ensure that we meet the original deadlines, and product is delivered as promised.
However, the customer is advised that potential delays and/or postponements can occur and are beyond our control.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING RATES



Shipping:

We ship Worldwide from Belgium (EUROPE) at the best possible prices and quality of services! You're insured to pay the right price!
We always use the cheapest and most reliable shipping method but always registered and with tracking.

You’re always welcome to ask for extra shipping insurance.
Be aware postal services won't refund more than 25,00€ for damaged / lost / stolen items from any parcel shipped without extra insurance, and we neither.
We ask you to take your responsibilities according the item(s) value and regarding the shipping with extra insurance price(s).


We always proceed to the packing and shipping of your goods once your payment is received.
We always send you all needed information about the shipping of your goods on your referenced email.


We usually ship out orders within less than 5 working days, on Tuesday morning and in bulk.
We sometime do exceptional shipments the other days, depending on the quantity of orders we have to process.
If, for some reasons, we're not able to ship your order within that time, you will be immediately informed.

CD:

-A simple CD weights about 80g;
-A securely packed simple CD weights up to 350g and sizes about 20x17x3cm;
-A simple CD copy added to a package means +80g and +1cm;


VINYL:

-A simple 12" Vinyl weights about 600g;
-A double 12" Vinyl weights about 800g;
-A triple 12" Vinyl weights about 1000g;

-A securely packed simple 12" Vinyl weights up to 950g and sizes about 37x37x2cm;
-A securely packed double 12" Vinyl weights up to 1200g and sizes about 37x37x3,5cm;
-A securely packed triple 12" Vinyl weights up to 1500g and sizes about 37x37x5cm;

-A simple 12" Vinyl copy added to a package means +600g and +1cm;
-A double 12" Vinyl copy added to a package means +800g and +1,5cm;
-A triple 12" Vinyl copy added to a package means +1000g and +2cm;

PACKING



We always pack your goods with extreme care and large amount of protections in the box, sometime even outside the box or double boxed if needed to ensure you receive your goods in perfect state.
It costs us a lot of money, but assures us of your satisfaction!

DAMAGED ITEMS



Despite the care we put on the packing of your order, if damage are found on your received item(s), we ask you to contact us immediately by email to:
info@meusemusicrecords.eu and to add pictures of the damage, box included with shipping labels readable.

You'll be contacted as soon as possible and in a maximum of 24h.
If you don't get an answer within 24h, send your email again!

RETURN



Basic rule is "no return"!

We only accept the return on products from Meuse Music Records within 7 working days counting from the delivery day, in perfect and new state and in their original secure packing.
Return fees are at customer's charge.

Due to the amount of loss, theft, not shown and/or damaged parcels, we systematically refuse all packages from and/or having transited via the following carriers:

• DPD
• PostNL

Please, ensure your local carrier don't have a partnership for international mail with these before sending us a parcel!
If it's the case, please, contact us before doing any shipment!

CANCELLATION



Cancelling an order is always possible without fees, cancelled orders paid by direct bank transfer are always refunded entirely.
If the shipping label is already ordered and paid at the postal service, the cancellation is still possible but the shipping fees will not be refunded.

Platforms like Bandcamp, Discogs, etc., ... makes now mandatory to use PayPal as payment processor.
This means we’re in the obligation to work according the PayPal rules.
Since January 2023, PayPal has decided to not refund their fees anymore in the case of a cancelled transaction.
This means cancelled orders paid by PayPal are refunded minus fees applied by PayPal on the initial payment amount.

DISCOGS SPECIAL POLICY



A price to all location is set automatically by Discogs. Obviously, this is not the correct price!

!!! Customers are free to ask for a precise shipping fees quotation and/or specific request !!!

Our Discogs's shop shipping rates policy is not maintained anymore to be set automatically, because:
- Shipping prices are often subject to variations and/or restrictions!
- Multiple shipping methods and/or carriers can be used according your location, wishes and needs!
- Maintaining regularly such a thing to insure you to always pay to right price is literally impossible and insane!


Automatic cancellation:

Order not payed within 5 working days will be canceled!
